| I don't know what obsession I have with the word scrotum, but I think it's one of the funniest words in the English language. This is hilarious:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Epz7WbhpHZo
My favourite part:
Scrotum, Scrotum It's my wrinkly, crinkly bag of skin Scrotum, Scrotum It's the thing I keep my testis in
Well it's wrinkly and it's crinkly And it's covered in hair And I don't know what I'd do if it was not there
Scrotum, Scrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrotum It's my wrinkly, crinkly bag of skin

| I was looking at getting some exercise equipment like jump soles,
pull-up/chin-up bars, and so on, and everywhere I looked everything was
made with "Space-Age Materials!!!"
Being the fickle/ADDish person that I am, I quickly forgot about why I
was on those exercise sites and quickly turned my attention to finding
out what exactly "Space-Age Materials!!!" are. My first stop was: www.google.ca. Yes, I Google'd it because, surely, Google will have the answer Right?!? Guess again:

A bunch of Fluff! What are "Space-Age Materials!!!?" On my search for the definition of these so-called "Space-Age Materials!!!"
I saw a beautiful pop-up add of Cuba. This is when my attention kind of
faded off and I started to think about going to Cuba for my birthday
next month. Beautiful sand, sun, beach, girls, booze, salsa dancing and
getting a tan would really make a great birthday present from me
to...me. But hold on, I need to get into shape if I want to look good
on the beach! So there I was looking at the exercise equipment again
and as I pulled out my credit card to start shopping, I remembered
something that the teller at the bank claimed: This card is made with "Space-Age Materials!!!" she told me... "Holy Fuck!" I thought to myself, and back again to the hunt of what the hell "Space-Age Materials!!!" are! Finally I clued in and Google'd "Space-Age," because surely anything made in that era would be made of "Space-Age Materials!!!"
Finally!!! Wikipedia was the first site returned by my search. Having
trusted them and their definitions before, I quickly clicked on the
link, but a co-worker of mine reminded that it was time for lunch, so
off to lunch I went...Just kidding. From what I read the Space-Age
began on October 4th, 1957 with the launch of Sputnik 1 by the Soviet
Union. The Space-Age reached its peak from July 20th, 1969, when the
first Astronauts landed on the moon, to 1975, when the Apollo Program
reached its completion. Reading further I found out that since the
1990s, the current era is called the Information Age...I thought to
myself: Ok, so Space-Age started in the late 50s and ended in the early
90s. That can only mean 1 thing: "Space-Age Materials!!!"
are materials that were made from 1957 to early 1990s. That's when the
wheels in my head started turning...All that shit that I sold on
because of these so-called "Space-Age Materials!!!"
were all made of stuff that were probably bought at a thrift store!
Either that or I was totally lied to. The point is, I still don't know
what "Space-Age Materials!!!"
are, I am still going to Cuba next month and I bought this really cool
pull-up/chin-up bar that uses existing door frames as the support. Very
handy!!!

| "Hi silly_boy! It's been 2470 (wow, that's a big number) days since you joined Xanga..."
That is a big number. The size of that piece of shit in my profile pic is about that big. Speaking of pieces of shit, have you ever sat on a toilet for so long that your legs fall asleep? If so, read some of these FFs (Fun Facts) about toilet paper:

| Recipe for my Healthy Grilled Mustard Chicken Breast on Rye:
1 Bell Pepper (I love Red and Yellow Bell Peppers) 1 tbs of Lemon Juice 1 tbs of Mustard 1 tbs of Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbs of Olive Oil 1 tbs of Black Pepper 1 tbs of Soy Sauce 1 piece of boneless, skinless Chicken Breast Halved
Mix all ingredients together and add Chicken Breast. Let marinate for 30mins in the refrigerator.
Slice the bell pepper into strips. Lightly coat with olive oil.
Note: I use one of those Grills like the Foreman Grill but it's not a Foreman
Grill I think it's made my Honeywell or something like that. Anyhow,
use one of those grills. Preheat the grill for 5 mins, or the preheat
default time for your grill.
Once grill is all warmed up, add the bell pepper slices and grill for 8-10 mins.
Once the Chicken is done marinating, put on grill for 3 1/2 to 4 mins. While the breast is cooking, take two slices of Rye Bread of choice. On one side use Hellman's Reduced Fat mayonnaise, on the other slice mustard. Add a leaf of lettuce, sliced tomato, and grilled peppers. When the chicken has been cooked through, you can check this by poking it and seeing a clear liquid. If you see any coloured liquid coming out of the piece of chicken, then let it cook longer.
You can eat it right away, or store it for the next day in a container in the fridge. Then when you wake up in the morning, your lunch is ready to go. Add a snack like nuts, fruit or veggies to this and you are on your way to a healthier lifestyle.
I am sure you are thinking: "that sounds fucking delicious!" I won't lie, it is. And some lucky bastard is about to find out today because I forgot the fucker on the train.
